American Samoa Has the Highest Number of Overweight Population Consisting of 94%

The following infographic designed by @kylekim outlines how obesity has more than doubled in the last 30 years with the people from the Americas having the fattest as 62% of its population are overweight. Asia, on the other hand, have the skinniest group of people with 14% of its population are the skinniest.

What’s interesting is that America doesn’t hold the biggest cash cow for fast food but instead, China. Yum Brands, the parent company of KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell said that 60% of their profits come from China.
